36.5 in 365 Days

36.5 things in 365 days is our individual lists of 36.5 goals that we would like to achieve in the next 12 months. We were inspired by the idea of a well-organized, short-term Bucket List for personal development after reading another blogger's goal-list of 101 things in 1001 days. However, the arbitrary amount of time was a turn-off to our perfectionistic, orderly minds (1001 days is 2.74 years...you can't even round up to 3 years?!). Instead, we decided that a clean, crisp 365 days, one exact year, would be a better deadline. And with the seemingly goofy half item at the end, we actually have the opportunity and flexibility to do half the work towards a significant, time-intensive goal.

From May 1, 2015, through April 29, 2016 (leap year, baby), this is where we will keep track of our yearly goals and cross off the tasks as we finish them. We also plan to blog about some of the more interesting achievements at length. Keep us accountable, internets.
